In this role you drive technology transformation within our Law, Compliance, Privacy, and Government Relations portfolio by modernizing the platform, migrating to AWS, and retiring legacy apps. You collaborate with business partners and IT peers to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions across cloud, integrations, and vendor-supported tools. You’ll contribute across design, development, testing, and support, sharing knowledge to lift the entire team. Responsibilities
- Implement solutions supporting critical business functions (configuration, security, integrations, cloud/SaaS, vendor apps)
- Collaborate with business partners and cross-functional IT teams to solve problems and explore new tech
- Understand requirements to make sound design decisions and trade-offs
- Contribute across multiple software development lifecycle stages (design, development, testing, support)
- Share knowledge and provide technical guidance to enable team success and continuous improvement
Key requirements
- 6+ years of technology or engineering experience
- Desire to learn new technology and motivate others
- Broad experience with diverse technologies and modernization approaches
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and facilitation/presentation skills
- Ability to work with multi-functional teams and IT/non-IT partners at all levels
