Senior Security Engineer - Applications Identity and Access Management (Hybrid set up)

In this role you strengthen authentication and authorization for application-to-application interactions across Swiss Re’s global footprint. You will shape secure by design solutions, drive risk mitigation initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to protect our cloud-enabled infrastructure. The role sits in the Applications IAM team within the CSO’s Product and Engineering Unit, contributing to the group’s cybersecurity strategy and ongoing security improvements. You will work in a hybrid Madrid-based setup, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration, making a tangible impact on our security posture and resilience.
