In this role you will architect and guide digital transformation initiatives using Salesforce platforms, ensuring alignment of business needs with technical strategy. You will work with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions and lead client engagements from discovery through delivery. Responsibilities

Develop digital transformation strategies and specifications for platform solutions
Facilitate projects to align business and technology goals
Direct scalable client engagements on overall technology architecture
Promote reuse and scale of knowledge and methods
Mentor junior colleagues on project work and career development
Gather business requirements and translate into user stories and acceptance criteria
Define and enhance client-specific architectures
Advise on architectural solution aspects within client verticals
Collaborate with development, UX/design, and content teams (onsite/offshore)
Prepare and facilitate client workshops for idea creation and solution finding
Stay informed about digital trends and their impact on clients' businesses

Key requirements

Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology or similar
Proven track record in leading global CRM multi-cloud implementations in complex environments
Solid knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud
Strong client-facing profile
Salesforce architect certifications highly recommended (Application, system, integrations, data, sharing and visibility architect)
TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture knowledge is a plus
Fluency in French & English
Availability for onsite presence in Geneva
