Experteer Overview
As a Senior Sales Executive at TÜV SÜD, you drive new business development and manage strategic accounts to grow GRC offerings. You will build a global client network, lead relationships with CXO-level contacts, and respond to RFPs, shaping how organizations manage risk. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver TÜV SÜD’s value proposition and influence revenue growth. This role offers the opportunity to influence client strategy and expand TÜV SÜD’s footprint across industries.

Responsibilities
- Develop direct sales and acquire new clients across global headquarters in diverse industries
- Manage account servicing to retain and grow GRC business as Client Relationship Leader and Strategic Account Manager
- Prospect and build a robust pipeline at the CXO level across startups to global enterprises
- Interface with leading insurance brokers and consultants for property insurance collaborations
- Maintain knowledge of all TÜV SÜD GRC offerings to articulate the value proposition to prospects and clients
Key requirements
- 10+ years of high-volume new business sales with consistent quota achievement
- Proven pipeline development and delivery of effective sales strategies
- Significant experience and knowledge in property risk management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with cooperative sales mindset and focus on both individual and team success
