As Senior Regional Sales Manager for Europe, you lead the local commercial team to hit quarterly and annual revenue targets, while upholding ethics and compliance. You shape the region's long-term sales strategy through key distributor partnerships and oversee both capital sales and recurring revenue. You work closely with distributors, marketing, and leadership to grow Cutera’s brand and market presence in Europe. This role offers the opportunity to influence growth across channels, leverage high-value devices, and represent Cutera at industry events.
Responsibilities
- Develop short- and long-term regional sales strategy aligned with global priorities to grow Cutera via distributors.
- Select and develop distributor partners with appropriate capabilities in each market.
- Lead annual distributor negotiations and establish growth targets with documented agreements.
- Oversee sales of all Cutera products in the region, coaching teams to drive capital sales, post-purchase support, and recurring revenue.
- Collaborate with distributors to achieve quarterly/annual targets, optimizing ASP and product mix.
- Create sales forecasts for the region and identify opportunities to sustain growth with the international leadership team.
- Build partnerships with key opinion leaders for various product applications within the region.
- Represent Cutera at industry events and align messages with distributor partners.
- Coordinate with marketing to plan regional marketing programs and campaigns.
- Manage the distributor sales pipeline to qualify, prioritize, and forecast opportunities and maximize revenue.
- Provide or coordinate customer support to strengthen customer relationships and generate references.
Key requirements
- experience in international sales
- experience in energy-based device and/or aesthetic industries
- experience with distributor networks
- territory focus in European / EU markets
- ability to travel frequently
- valid Driver's License
- compliance with Code of Conduct and Sales Compliance Certification
