In this role you drive regional store-level sales for Maison Francis Kurkdjian in the Midwest, leading events, training, and merchandising to grow revenue. You build strong partnerships with store teams and brand ambassadors, ensuring execution aligns with brand standards and profitability. You analyze market trends, share insights, and collaborate with leadership to optimize space and assortment. This role is ideal for a seasoned, high-impact sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced luxury retail environment and wants to shape in-store experiences. You’ll be based in Chicago and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Drive presence, culture, awareness and revenue growth for the brand
Manage sales performance and conduct regular goal reviews with Brand Ambassadors and store leadership
Plan and execute in-store seasonal sales events and coordinate with National Events Director
Share regional business insights on trends, assortments, and store traffic with leadership
Provide in-store and virtual product training and coach Brand Ambassadors on clienteling and demonstrations
Ensure presentation guidelines and brand standards are executed across stores
Complete store checklists and upload visuals for brand marketing checks twice per season
Manage travel expenses, calendar, and use of the MFK Backstage App

Key requirements

5+ years of related field leadership experience
Ability to build relationships across store levels and departments
Strong interpersonal, organizational, negotiation and communication skills
Professional, calm under pressure, and integrity-driven
Willingness to travel domestically and adapt to a fast-paced environment
High in-store visibility with substantial time spent on the sales floor
