As a Clinical ProServe Cloud Architect, you will design scalable AWS-based cloud and AI solutions for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients, translating business objectives into technology that improves study lifecycles and regulatory submissions. You act as the bridge between sales and delivery, guiding modernization, AI transformation, and compliant implementations that deliver measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and share knowledge through demos and accelerators. This role offers opportunities to influence SOW signings and CSAT by delivering trusted, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

Design scalable, secure AWS solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes across the development lifecycle
Provide technical guidance during sales and implementation, focusing on clinical data management, regulatory submissions (eCTD), study optimization, and GxP compliance
Partner with customers on industry trends and agentic AI applications in clinical trial automation, data standardization (CDISC SDTM/ADaM), EDC, and CTMS
Collaborate with Account Executives and Delivery Teams to ensure successful solution implementation
Work with AWS experts and external partners to accelerate innovation
Share knowledge through coaching, demos, accelerators, and technical documentation

Key requirements

5+ years of cloud architecture experience
Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
4+ years of deep technical experience in data platforms, AI/ML and/or GenAI solutions
Experience delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects across Data, AI/ML, or modernization initiatives
Ability to present technical solutions to stakeholders and translate architectures into business value and strategic roadmaps

strong communication skills ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences pre-sales acumen AWS services proficiency across compute, storage, networking, security, databases, ML, serverless experience with data platforms, AI/ML, GenAI solutions GxP compliance knowledge
