In this role you steer complex, multidisciplinary electronics and embedded software projects for high-tech customers in semiconductor, analytical, and medical equipment sectors. You’ll lead cross-functional teams from Eindhoven and client sites, shaping system-level design and production transfer. You drive planning, budgeting, risk and scope management, and stakeholder communication to deliver complete modules or products. This is an opportunity to influence high-tech solutions from conception to production readiness.

Responsibilities

Prepare quotations together with account manager and technical team
Create and manage project plans; monitor scheduling, budget, and costs through final acceptance
Communicate with all stakeholders (team, colleagues, clients)
Provide daily management of the project team and foster an inspiring environment
Monitor quality and ensure smooth transfer to production
Engage in risk and scope management
Prepare progress reports for internal and client use
Ensure timely transfer to production (NPI) involving development project production
Coordinate outsourcing production or transfer to production department
Bridge client and technical teams effectively
Work per project management methodology and certified processes
Possibly support DfX-related activities when applicable

Key requirements

Technical degree at higher professional or university level (preferably electronics)
10+ years of experience as project leader/manager
Experience estimating and realizing electronics and embedded software projects
Strong bridging capability between client and technical teams
Flexibility to handle changing customer requirements while honoring agreements
Experience outsourcing production or transferring it to production
Knowledge/experience in DfX is advantageous
Fluent in Dutch and English; excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
Experience with project management methodologies and certified processes
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 is advantageous
