In this Senior Project Manager – Account Lead role, you will drive overall project delivery on an account while shaping Capital Plans and program scope. You’ll lead budgets, cost-benefit analyses, and value engineering to optimize spend and outcomes. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, nurture client relationships, and contribute to business growth. This position combines hands-on project leadership with strategic account oversight in a dynamic real estate context.

Responsibilities

Manage overall project delivery on the account and support Capital Plan development
Develop budgets (hard/soft costs) and lead construction cost/benefit analyses with cost savings emphasis
Mine and monitor data metrics, KPIs, budgeting and scheduling support
Assemble and manage consultant/contractor teams and maintain client relationships
Provide onsite supervision to meet performance criteria
Foster relationships with consultants, contractors, and vendors and evaluate performance
Oversee Account Team recruitment and talent management for seamless integration
Conduct periodic account/client calls aligned with long-term business goals
Share best practices across teams and attend industry events

Key requirements

7+ years in construction project management
2+ years in industrial or manufacturing construction
Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously
Strong ability to develop client relationships and deliver superior service
Knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling, and related processes
Ability to lead cross-national teams to serve clients
Experience with landlords, developers, and institutional owners
Ability to read and understand design development and construction documents
Experience managing medium to large ground-up, redevelopment, and corporate interiors projects
