As a Technical Program Manager at Collibra, you will steer complex, cross-team programs that connect product and engineering priorities across a global organization. Responsibilities

Manage broad, integrated programs requiring multi-team coordination and change management
Drive initiatives from initiation to delivery ensuring adherence to the SDLC
Collaborate with release management and NPI stakeholders to improve go-to-market processes
Develop and review agile program delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement
Provide clear, concise portfolio and program status updates to senior leadership
Escalate critical impediments and risks impacting business outcomes
Lead or adapt Shape Up or fixed-scope Agile/Scrum approaches to project delivery
Understand software architecture and dependencies to manage tradeoffs and challenge estimates
Influence across engineering, product, go-to-market and leadership teams to align priorities

Key requirements

Experience leading complex technical programs in software engineering, R&D or product engineering
Experience managing initiatives across multiple engineering teams in a SaaS environment
Technical fluency to understand architecture, dependencies and delivery tradeoffs
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and pragmatic Agile practices
Proven success leading through influence across cross-functional senior teams in global organizations
Ability to translate technical and business requirements and create clarity across competing priorities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant working experience
