In this role you will own the Treasury Ledger platform, ensuring real-time integrity and compliance across Wise’s global cross-currency transactions. You will drive the ledger from a recording tool into a proactive control mechanism, serving traders and operations with trusted data. You’ll define the product strategy for real-time reconciliation at scale and lead a high-impact team within the Treasury Product group. This is a mission-driven opportunity to shape the single source of truth that underpins hedging, settlements, and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead the Treasury Ledger workstream and drive the ledger platform as the system of record
Design, own, and implement definitive controls framework to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance
Provide real-time, globally reconciled visibility of cross-currency exposures, cash balances, and liquidity needs
Enable downstream teams (Traders, Operations) with trusted data for execution, settlement, and reconciliation
Define and execute product strategy to achieve real-time reconciliation and global scale
Prioritize and implement new product flows into the Ledger
Address system and process questions around completeness and accuracy of product flows and risk
Develop and maintain the system architecture for ledger design and data models to support scale and controls

Key requirements

Extensive treasury experience in fintech or banking environments
Multiple years of hands-on product building experience (engineering, product, or operations leader)
Strong technical leadership with capability to deep-dive into architecture and data models
Proven ability to drive KPIs, roadmap planning, and move from uncertainty to clarity
Hands-on contributor with a background that enables cross-functional influence (engineer, analyst, consultant, entrepreneur)
Ability to ship features and define successful product roadmaps
