We are an early-stage startup on a mission to revolutionize how telecom companies engage with their customers. We are building an Agentic CRM platform, a next-generation system that integrates LLM-driven automation, real-time data, and telecom operations to deliver intelligent, proactive, and deeply personalized customer experiences. If you've ever thought traditional CRMs were too rigid and reactive, you're going to love what we're building. 
What you'll be doing:
-Lead product development from scratch
-You'll be responsible for translating customer needs, market trends, and AI capabilities into powerful CRM features tailored for telecom use cases 
-Own product documentation, requirements, and release notes 
-Drive the definition of MVP scope and success metrics 
-Define and drive product roadmap across core platform components for our Agentic CXM services, APIs, and data integrations 
-Collaborate with product and AI teams to build agent-driven features like autonomous workflows, summarization, and real-time alerts 
-Own end-to-end development of Use cases from whiteboard to release 
-Work on LLM integration pipelines, including RAG workflows, API orchestration, and vector search 
-Drive scale, adoption, and customer-centric evolution of the product as we go from MVP to real-world usage
-Collaborate with telecom stakeholders to understand CXM, and network workflows, provisioning, and network integration requirements 
-Define product features aligned with telecom KPIs such as ARPU, churn rate, and customer lifetime value 
-Design and validate telecom-specific use cases such as SIM lifecycle management, bundle upsells, recharge campaigns, and usage anomaly detection 
-Work with CDRs and billing data to shape product features that improve customer segmentation, experience scoring, and fraud detection 
-Engage with network engineering and marketing teams to align product development with promotional strategies and service innovation 
-Contribute to product documentation for telecom-specific modules, including usage dashboards, offer engines, and campaign orchestration tools 
What you need:
-5+ yrs of experience in product management ( SaaS, CRM, or enterprise software products) 
-Strong technical acumen, you can comfortably work with APIs, data pipelines, and understand system architecture 
-Experience working with or building AI/ML-powered products (LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG, MCP and foundational models) 
-Familiarity with telecom industry processes, systems (e.g., OSS/BSS), or CRM workflows 
-Proven ability to ship 0'1 products in a fast-paced environment 
-Experience integrating third-party tools or APIs (e.g., Twilio, Salesforce, HubSpot, telecom provisioning platforms) -Prior startup or founder experience
-Bachelor's Degree
