Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the development of an Agentic CRM platform tailored for telecom, translating customer needs and AI capabilities into compelling features. You will work across product, AI, and telecom stakeholders to define MVP scope, roadmap, and success metrics. You’ll own end-to-end use cases from concept to release and drive real-time, autonomous workflows and intelligent alerts. This is an opportunity to shape a cutting-edge platform that blends LLM-driven automation with telecom operations. You will play a pivotal role in scaling from MVP to real-world adoption and impact.
Tasks
- Lead product development from scratch for a telecom-focused Agentic CXM platform
- Translate customer needs, market trends, and AI capabilities into features
- Own product documentation, requirements, and release notes
- Define MVP scope and success metrics; drive product roadmap for platform components
- Collaborate with product and AI teams on agent-driven features (autonomous workflows, summarization, real-time alerts)
- Own end-to-end development of use cases from whiteboard to release
- Work on LLM integration pipelines (RAG workflows, API orchestration, vector search)
- Drive scale, adoption, and customer-centric evolution from MVP to real-world use
- Collaborate with telecom stakeholders on CXM, network workflows, provisioning, and integration needs
- Define features aligned with telecom KPIs (ARPU, churn, customer lifetime value) and telecom-specific use cases
- Shape product features using CDRs and billing data to improve segmentation, experience scoring, and fraud detection
- Coordinate with network engineering and marketing to align product with promotions and service innovation
- Contribute to telecom-specific product documentation for modules like dashboards, offer engines, and campaign tools
Key requirements
- 5+ yrs product management experience (SaaS, CRM, or enterprise software)
- Strong technical acumen with APIs, data pipelines, and system architecture
- Experience with AI/ML-powered products (LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG, MCP, foundational models)
- Familiarity with telecom processes, OSS/BSS, or CRM workflows
- Proven track record shipping 0→1 products in fast-paced environments
- Experience integrating third-party tools/APIs (Twilio, Salesforce, HubSpot, telecom provisioning platforms)
- Prior startup or founder experience
