As Senior Product Manager, you will drive the roadmap and feature development for the flagship F1 Clash motorsports title. You’ll lead cross-functional Feature Pods to transform strategy into engaging player experiences and measurable business value. You will own end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to global launch, leveraging data and experimentation to optimize performance. This role sits at the heart of Hutch’s player-focused mission, combining innovative live ops with modern F2P design to shape a top mobile racing game.

Responsibilities

Lead Feature Pod teams (Design, Engineering, Art) to plan and ship major game features
Partner with Analytics for problem discovery and friction point analysis
Create comprehensive product specs and define success metrics for features
Own end-to-end go-to-market, including experiments and optimisations
Collaborate on Releases, Game Health, UA, Forecasting, and small feature support
Monitor post-launch performance and iterate based on data to address core problems
Apply best practices from market trends and competitive analysis to improve features

Key requirements

Senior PM experience in free-to-play mobile space, delivering complex features or game systems
Expertise across the full development lifecycle from discovery to live monitoring
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment
Strong understanding of how feature design impacts player experience and business performance
High proficiency in data analysis and A/B testing with actionable insights
Solid understanding of F2P live operations, seasonal cycles, and live content interactions with permanent features
Excellent communication of complex concepts and roadmap trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
