Responsibilities

Define short- and long-term product strategy for iLEVEL to support front‑office needs
Develop and execute product roadmaps with executive alignment
Define product requirements including user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow maps
Oversee cross-functional product development to ensure timely delivery
Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate product vision and strategy
Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify customer needs and competitive opportunities

Key requirements

Proven experience in B2B FinTech product management
Knowledge of the private capital market industry and ecosystem
Ability to lead and collaborate within cross‑functional teams
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Proficiency in defining product requirements and creating product documentation
Bachelor's degree
Indefinite right to work in the United States
