Senior Product Manager leads enterprise-focused work within the Platform & Intelligence group to remove blockers and accelerate Typeform adoption by large customers. You will partner with a small cross-functional team to deliver foundational enterprise features and drive adoption. Collaboration with Sales and CS will sharpen understanding of enterprise pain points and shape launch strategies, with a focus on measurable business impact. You help define the long-term enterprise strategy and enable growth in the enterprise segment.

Responsibilities

Navigate complex enterprise requirements across multiple stakeholders
Prioritise and deliver foundational enterprise features (SuperAdmin Role, SCIM Provisioning, Granular User Permissions)
Collaborate with Sales and CS to deepen understanding of enterprise pain points
Drive completion of remaining high-priority enterprise features
Develop a framework to measure adoption and impact
Partner with GTM teams to shape launch and adoption strategies
Showcase enterprise customer success stories
Evolve the long-term product strategy for Enterprise at Typeform

Key requirements

Strong strategic thinking and ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution
Ownership mindset and initiative to remove blockers
Excellent collaboration with Sales, CS, Security, and Legal teams
Commercial acumen and executive presence for engaging with high-value customers
Deep customer focus for large organizations
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Familiarity with permission systems, SSO, and enterprise-grade authentication
Ability to understand technical architecture and collaborate with engineers
Data-driven mindset for sizing opportunities and influencing roadmap priorities
