In this Delivery Lead role, you partner with Product Management to plan, execute, and scale initiatives across the delivery lifecycle. You’ll own end-to-end delivery, from intake and prioritization to validation and rollout readiness, while ensuring risk and regulatory compliance. You’ll coordinate change management and drive alignment across technology and business teams, proactively surfacing blockers and optimizing processes. This is a global, technology-enabled operations environment where your impact improves speed, predictability, and adoption of product initiatives.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute delivery with Product Manager across intake, prioritization, sequencing, and release readiness
Drive end-to-end delivery for assigned initiatives (intake to scaling recommendations)
Coordinate change management activities across functional partners (communications, training, rollout, adoption tracking)
Monitor adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements throughout delivery
Identify, escalate, and mitigate blockers, risks, and dependencies with clear ownership
Manage timelines, milestones, status reports, and stakeholder alignment across tech and business teams
Identify process improvements from delivery learnings to increase efficiency and predictability
Execute and coordinate change requests and system enhancements with clarity and readiness for adoption

Key requirements

3+ years of experience in product delivery, project/program management, product operations, or relevant domain
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional delivery and change readiness across multiple initiatives
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
High ownership mindset with solid time management and accountability for quality outcomes

strong communication and stakeholder management ability to work with cross-functional teams analytical and data-driven decision making Agile/Waterfall/hybrid product development lifecycle knowledge ability to identify AI-enabled efficiency opportunities within delivery processes data-driven judgment for trade-offs and best-practice sharing
