In this Senior Electrical Engineer role, you lead cross-functional hardware and system design teams to realize complex computing and communications systems. You contribute to requirements definition, trade studies, performance analysis, design, integration, test, and verification. You work hands-on with lab equipment and shape system behavior and architecture. The position emphasizes high-speed mixed-signal design, cradle-to-grave lifecycle ownership, and leadership of engineering teams in a security-cleared environment. Responsibilities

Lead hardware and system design teams on complex computing and communications systems
Contribute to requirements derivation, trade studies, performance analysis, design, integration, test, and verification
Perform architecture development, system behavior/structure definition, and suballocation for electronics
Design, simulate, and verify electronic circuit assemblies
Work with high-speed mixed-signal design and verification (e.g., DDR4)
Guide cradle-to-grave lifecycle of products
Mentor junior engineers and lead small teams
Communicate progress and technical concepts to management and customers

Key requirements

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
10+ years of related experience or Master's degree with 8 years of experience
Ability to obtain DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance at time of hire
U.S. citizenship
