Responsibilities
- Lead strategic, enterprise data transformation programs including data strategy and modernization
- Advise on next‑gen data architectures (lakehouse, metadata pipelines) and agentic AI data ecosystems
- Develop and deploy cloud‑native intelligent data platforms with automation and self‑optimizing data products
- Guide transitions from traditional BI to autonomous, event‑driven data environments
- Define and implement enterprise information models, data governance, data quality, and master data strategies
- Partner with technology, domain, and analytics teams to implement AI/ML and GenAI use cases
- Lead multi‑stakeholder programs across CDOs, business units, IT leadership, cloud partners, and data teams
- Act as trusted advisor to senior executives, shaping decisions through data and architectural vision
- Mentor consulting teams to ensure high‑quality delivery and capability growth
- Contribute to IC thought leadership and accelerators in data and AI
- Drive practice development through recruitment, knowledge sharing, and capability incubation
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; 7+ years in consulting focused on data, analytics, or digital transformation (total 9+ years)
- Experience designing or leading enterprise data architecture, cloud data platforms, governance, metadata, and data quality
- Strong understanding of Azure, AWS, and GCP; modern data platforms (Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Data Fabric)
- Experience delivering AI/ML or GenAI‑enabled use cases and data solutions
- Proven ability to engage with C‑suite stakeholders and influence decisions
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools to produce client deliverables
- Ability to manage global, cross‑functional, multi‑vendor delivery teams
- Strong communication and executive presence
