In this role you will develop cost and pricing models to support proposals and pricing decisions for government contracts. You will work with cross-functional teams to prepare FAR-compliant pricing volumes and assist with audits and fact-finding requests. You will bring pricing expertise to strategy discussions and participate actively in proposal teams. You’ll support pricing for hardware, engineering development, and services, ensuring models are flexible and compliant. This is a high-impact position at a defense-focused company where pricing informs impactful bids and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop cost and pricing models using MS Excel or ProPricer for pricing activities related to proposals, price lists, and stand-alone requests.
Generate FAR-compliant pricing volumes for government RFPs and support DCAA/DCMA audits and customer fact finding.
Contribute pricing expertise to strategy as an active member of proposal teams.
Support pricing for hardware, engineering development, and services.
Collaborate with business development, program management, contracts, engineering, and compliance to keep pricing models flexible and compliant.
Support all phases of the proposal process from development to negotiations.
Assist the finance team with monthly reports and ad hoc financial analyses.

Key requirements

U.S. Citizenship required
BA/BS in business/finance or related field
5–8 years of pricing experience, preferably with U.S. Government Defense contracts
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with expert Excel
Strong English communication skills, written and oral
Ability to comply with company policies and values
