In this role you will shape data-driven pricing strategies to maximize value and margin across Renewi’s markets. You’ll collaborate with Commercial, Finance and Data teams to translate insights into actionable pricing decisions. You’ll monitor performance, model scenarios, and support governance around product lifecycle and pricing. This is a chance to influence pricing strategy in a transformative, circular-economy business and drive measurable impact.

Responsibilities

Build and refine pricing strategies across customer segments and product lines
Analyse customer behaviour, price elasticity, cost-to-serve and competitive dynamics
Develop value-based and segmented pricing frameworks for growth and margin
Build dashboards and pricing KPIs with Finance & Data teams
Monitor pricing performance, validate ROI and model scenarios
Provide actionable insights for forecasting, portfolio optimization and margin improvement
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to translate insights into pricing recommendations
Strengthen pricing governance and embed a data-driven pricing mindset
Influence decisions through clear analysis and strong business acumen

Key requirements

Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or similar
3–5 years experience in pricing, revenue management or commercial analytics (B2B preferred)
Advanced Excel skills
Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Experience with pricing and revenue optimization platforms (e.g., Vendavo, PROS, Pricefx) is a plus
Working knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
Fluent in Dutch and English
