As Senior Platform Engineer, you build the core HiveAI platform that underpins enterprise AI deployments. You translate architectural designs into scalable, production-ready software and drive reusable services and tooling. You work closely with architects to raise quality, reliability and automation across the platform. This role offers hands-on work with modern AI and cloud technologies and a chance to influence engineering standards. You join a remote-friendly, cross-country team with a strong focus on impact and growth.

Responsibilities

Design and develop core HiveAI platform capabilities
Build reusable services, APIs, frameworks and accelerators
Translate architectural designs into scalable technical solutions
Develop integrations with Microsoft AI and cloud technologies
Improve platform performance, security, reliability and scalability
Implement monitoring, observability and operational tooling
Validate ideas via prototypes and PoCs and turn them into production features
Shape engineering standards, code quality and best practices
Collaborate with architects and engineers to evolve the platform with a focus on quality and automation

Key requirements

5+ years in software, platform or cloud engineering
Deep development skills in at least one modern language (Python, TypeScript or C#). familiarity with others is a plus
Experience building cloud-native solutions on a major cloud platform (Azure)
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD and modern engineering practices
Proven track record of owning technical decisions and architectural outcomes
Professional proficiency in English
