Responsibilities
- Represent clients in wage and hour, consumer rights, and employment-related litigation
- Perform thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Develop and execute strategies for civil and class action cases
- Negotiate settlements protecting client interests
- Maintain clear client communications on case progress and options
- Collaborate with fellow attorneys and legal professionals to strengthen arguments
Key requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active bar license in the practicing state
- Minimum 5 years as a plaintiff attorney focusing on wage and hour, consumer, and employment law
- Proven track record in civil and class action litigation outcomes
- Strong knowledge of discrimination, unfair business practices, and false advertising laws
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
