As a Senior Physician at SCF, you provide direct obstetric and gynecologic care while shaping care protocols in collaboration with the clinical team. You mentor staff within the Nuka System of Care, strengthening clinical excellence and culturally informed practice. You work to advance the health and wellness of Alaska Native communities through patient-centered, team-based care. This role offers impact at both patient and program levels, within a mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical customer-owner care in OBGYN
- Collaborate with clinical staff to establish medical protocols and treatment regimens
- Mentor and coach staff assigned to them on the Nuka System of Care
Key requirements
- M.D. or D.O degree
- Licensed as a Physician in the State of Alaska
- Current American Board Certification in a specialty appropriate for the service
- Meets privileges requirements for associate medical staff
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS, NRP, ATLS, ALSO and PALS as required for specialty
