Responsibilities

Act as a trusted HR partner for leadership and employees across multiple sites
Advise managers on HR policies, employee relations, and operational HR matters
Manage complex employee cases including disciplinary issues, underperformance, illness, and exits
Support and implement performance management and job grading processes
Lead and support HR projects with measurable business impact
Manage relationships with labor unions, including participating in collective bargaining
Support compensation and benefits cycles in collaboration with regional Rewards leadership
Implement new HR policies and organizational initiatives
Contribute to organizational development activities including restructuring and position management
Coach or mentor HR colleagues
Drive improvements in employee experience and workplace culture

Key requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience in a broad HRBP or HR leadership role
Strong knowledge of U.S. labor and employment law
Experience managing employee relations and complex HR cases
Experience working with labor unions and collective bargaining processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage competing priorities
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
