As Senior Operations Manager, you will steer a 40–50 person team across application support, onboarding, and governance to scale a subscription SaaS business. You will shape an efficient, data-driven and automation-focused operating model during a major transformation. You’ll partner with Product/Engineering, Sales and HR to align processes, metrics and resources with business goals. This role offers high impact, cross-functional influence and the opportunity to drive scalable operations in a growing international context.

Responsibilities

Define and implement an accountable operational structure and governance
Monitor and improve SLAs, KPIs and service quality
Plan resources and workloads to support scale
Shift from reactive to predictive performance in operations
Map, standardize and optimize workflows for a SaaS environment
Build a KPI/reporting culture and drive process optimization
Identify automation opportunities across support and onboarding
Promote AI-driven tools and measure impact
Lead team leaders and drive cultural change
Serve as a bridge between Operations, Product/Engineering, Sales and HR
Lead transformation efforts focused on long-term scalability

Key requirements

6–10+ years of experience leading Operations in SaaS or IT environments
Strong knowledge of ITIL and service management
Proven track record managing support and/or onboarding teams
Experience in process optimization and scaling operations
Data-driven mindset with KPI ownership
Experience driving change in established teams
Native level Spanish; full professional English; Catalan is a strong plus
