Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with designated accounts across Buying/Trading, Merchandising, and Marketing
  • Lead commercial negotiations on terms, pricing, distribution, online real estate, and support packages
  • Monitor retail context and category performance to identify opportunities and strategic needs
  • Own EU remit net and retail sales forecasting, flagging risks and opportunities
  • Develop and execute plans to maintain top position (#1) across categories
  • Forecast for NPD and core lines; coordinate inventory and assortment with Supply Chain and Demand Planning
  • Manage each account P&L, monitor retailer profit contribution, and balance investments with opportunities
  • Collaborate with Operations Marketing, VM, PR, and Digital to plan launches, events, and retailer activations
  • Onboard new trading partners with bespoke launch plans to achieve market leadership
  • Coach and develop the EU Commercial team, ensuring clear progression pathways and autonomy

Key requirements

  • Extensive experience as Senior National Account Manager or National Account Manager, preferably in beauty, luxury, or fashion
  • Strong numerical aptitude; target-driven and commercially savvy
  • Proven leadership and ability to develop and mentor a team
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritise multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail; solution-driven and proactive
  • Structured, strategic thinker comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills; able to present and articulate viewpoints effectively
