You own a key national retail account within a fast-growing health, wellness, and beauty group. You’ll drive sales, margin, and profitability while serving as the primary liaison between internal teams and the customer. Responsibilities
- Own and manage a key national retail account end-to-end
- Drive sales, margin, and profitability for the account
- Act as main contact, fostering strong customer and internal relationships
- Create and implement strategic business plans for long-term growth
- Analyze sales performance to optimize product mix, promotions, and in-store execution
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance to meet goals
- Support expansion into stores and markets across Europe
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on performance and opportunities
Key requirements
- Several years of experience managing key accounts or commercial roles in FMCG/Beauty
- Proven ability to drive results and manage complex client relationships
- Strong business acumen with experience overseeing financial performance and budgets
- Skilled in negotiation and building long-term partnerships
- Strategic thinker balancing broader objectives with daily operations
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams in fast-moving environments
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Enthusiastic about consumer products and delivering positive client experiences
