Experteer Overview

As Senior MSL for OSA, you will build and sustain peer-to-peer networks with clinicians and thought leaders to inform product and market strategy. You will prepare for and execute aspects of launches, and translate external insights into internal plans. You’ll work within a regional team, advancing medical affairs initiatives and education while ensuring compliant, evidence-based information flow. This role combines scientific leadership with cross-functional collaboration to support patient-centered outcomes and product lifecycle success.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain peer-to-peer collaborations with key scientific stakeholders
Understand regional landscape and care pathways for sleep-related disorders
Create and execute regional tactical plans aligned with company goals
Support investigator-initiated research and LivaNova-sponsored studies/registries
Collaborate on publications, medical education, and speaker development
Identify and map thought leaders to strategic initiatives
Provide up-to-date medical information and balanced responses to inquiries
Communicate clinical insights to shape clinical and market strategy
Train internal teams on therapeutic area topics
Maintain compliant communication and accurate action plans and KPIs

Key requirements

Experience (3 years) in clinical or medical affairs/clinical strategy in medical device industry
Clinical or research experience in target therapeutic areas (surgery, sleep medicine) desired
Prior medical device product launch experience strongly preferred
Operating room experience preferred
Ability to establish networks with KOLs
Ability to work compliantly in field-based roles with commercial teams
Strong initiative, cross-functional teamwork, time management, and independence
Willingness to travel up to 75% within the region
