In this role you will shape and execute the global Early Life Nutrition marketing strategy, translating market and science insights into compelling value propositions and innovation plans. You’ll map the ELN market, identify trends and opportunities, and lead NPD and commercialization in two high-value sub-segments. You will collaborate with R&D, regional teams, and customers to ensure global relevance and strong business cases, driving growth through strategic innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute the global ELN marketing strategy and value propositions.
  • Map global ELN market, identify trends and opportunities within two high-value sub-segments.
  • Drive value chain analyses and develop product/portfolio, place, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Initiate, drive and support ELN-specific innovation and application projects.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and develop counterstrategies to sustain competitive advantage.
  • Lead as commercial owner in New Product Development (NPD) and build business cases for innovations.
  • Define scientific substantiation roadmaps aligned with business goals for two sub-segments.
  • Create global value propositions and tailor messaging with regional marketing and key accounts.
  • Collaborate with Global Sales/Marketing across five regions and with leading customers; leverage external networks (KOLs, industry).

Key requirements

  • 8-10 years of B2B marketing experience in infant nutrition, nutrition, or dairy ingredients.
  • Strong track record in strategy development, innovation planning, and in-market execution.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to navigate complexity and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Affinity for scientific environments and ability to translate science into compelling value propositions; collaborate with R&D.
  • Proven experience delivering growth through marketing and commercial strategies.
  • Experience in cross-functional project management in a global setting.
  • Stakeholder management with influencing, insights, and challenging conventional thinking.
