Responsibilities

Build and qualify electrical and mechanical test equipment to ensure production continuity
Design and innovate new test equipment with validation of equipment, non-product software, and test methods
Own equipment availability and repairs throughout the equipment lifecycle
Drive improvements through CAPA related to equipment

Key requirements

3+ years of experience as an electrical or mechanical engineer
Strong understanding of electrical equipment and circuits
Proficiency in CAD design and troubleshooting electrical equipment
Familiarity with software (ideally C#) and debugging
Experience with injection molding and validation processes (EIQ/EOQ & NPS) is a plus
Fluent in English; German is an advantage
Knowledge of TestStand is an asset
