In this role you lead the end-to-end UX design of digital products and services, guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver elegant, user-centered experiences. You shape vision and strategy with clients and ensure design excellence across touchpoints. You’ll drive innovation in engagement with clients, including AI-enabled and adaptive interfaces, while growing our UX practice. You will mentor teams, collaborate with strategists, developers and product owners, and contribute to business development. Responsibilities

  • Lead UX design engagements for digital products, platforms, and services
  • Advocate for user-centered design and translate user needs into intuitive interfaces
  • Drive innovation with clients (e.g., AI agents, adaptive interfaces)
  • Mentor consultants and foster a learning culture
  • Collaborate with strategists, developers and product owners to realise ideas
  • Maintain design quality, consistency and innovation across projects
  • Contribute to business development and thought leadership in UX/UI
  • Manage commercials: shape pursuits, scope contracts, and protect margin while delivering impact

Key requirements

  • 7+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong digital consultancy portfolio
  • Proven leadership in design teams and client-facing roles
  • Experience in business development and managing commercials with a broad network
  • Expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design
  • Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, and prototyping tools
  • Passion for design systems, accessibility, and pixel-perfect execution
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
