Responsibilities

Lead and deliver technical programs that meet business objectives
Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks across the lifecycle
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, design, and data science
Communicate clearly to stakeholders and influence decision-making
Drive execution, follow-through, and accountability across teams
Simplify complex technical topics to enable educated choices
Operate as a systems thinker to integrate solutions across platforms
Unblock teams and secure commitments for business impact

Key requirements

Bachelor's Degree or higher in a technical field
5+ years of experience managing technical programs
Strong technical background with scalable platforms/products
3+ years experience with Agile delivery
3+ years delivering large, cross-functional programs
Experience with distributed computing and cloud architectures (AWS preferred)
Experience building data-intensive solutions and distributed systems
Experience in regulated environments
