As Senior Manager Risk & Compliance, you will oversee the risk management framework and embed risk culture across the organisation. You’ll partner with business units to align risk appetite and support an outsourced Internal Audit model, while managing insurance coverage. The role sits in a mission-driven medical research context with strong governance standards. You will work with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance and risk assurance and drive strategic risk initiatives.

- Maintain a complete and effective risk management framework across the company
- Embed a culture of risk management through strong business partnering
- Contribute to setting risk appetite
- Support the outsourced Internal Audit model and its assurance program
- Manage the Insurance cover
Key requirements
- Successful track record in risk management and compliance
- Strong relationship management and business partnering skills
- Excellent analytical ability with strategic and creative thinking
- Strong project management skills
- Bachelor's Degree
