As Senior Manager Quality and HSE, you lead quality and occupational safety across the Supply Chain & Logistics area to drive process improvements and customer satisfaction. You align regional activities with global standards, shaping strategy and developing people. You collaborate across sites to optimize end-to-end processes and ensure compliant, high-performance operations. This role offers the impact of standardizing practices and driving KPI-led improvements in a global manufacturing network.

Responsibilities

Lead regional and local Quality & HSE teams and drive group-wide initiatives
Collaborate across sites to optimize processes in the supply chain
Analyze and improve inbound, storage, picking, shipping, and outbound processes
Maintain and monitor the Q&HSE management system per standards and legal requirements
Manage complaints and incidents using robust 8D reports
Share lessons learned and transfer best practices
Drive Q&HSE KPI performance and lead corrective actions
Define and report local and cluster SC/L Q&HSE targets (weekly SQDC and monthly reports)

Key requirements

10+ years in logistics with automotive aftermarket experience
Minimum 2 years leading and organizing a quality department
In-depth IATF 16949 knowledge
Proficient with quality methods/tools: 8D, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
Knowledge in business management
Strong understanding of warehousing and distribution processes
Experience coordinating across multiple sites
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge advantageous
Business-fluent English
Strong analytical, structured, solution-oriented mindset
Excellent communication across all levels
High assertiveness in complex situations
Willingness to travel up to 50%
