In this role, you lead complex Pillar Two engagements for multinational clients, ensuring high-quality delivery and robust accounting positions. You coach and mentor junior colleagues, act as the main client and auditor contact, and help shape the team’s market presence through relationship building and thought leadership. The work is international in scope, with travel opportunities and collaboration with global Pillar Two leaders. Responsibilities

lead complex Pillar Two engagements for multinational clients
coach and develop junior colleagues
drive high-quality Pillar Two calculations, analyses and deliverables
lead client calls, meetings and presentations; primary contact for auditors
guide clients on robust accounting positions amid evolving Pillar Two guidance
strengthen external market footprint through relationship building and thought leadership
coordinate with global Pillar Two leaders and participate in occasional international travel
based in Amstelveen (preferred) or Rotterdam/Eindhoven

Key requirements

experience managing Pillar Two projects
strong knowledge of Pillar Two rules
solid legal analysis and drafting skills
understanding of tax accounting concepts
hands-on, analytical mindset with complex calculations
collaborative, curious and resourceful attitude
affinity with tax technology and data-driven calculation tools
familiarity with IFRS (IAS 12 amendments), US GAAP (ASC 740) or local GAAPs related to Pillar Two
minimum 6 years experience (Manager) or 8+ years (Senior Manager) in international tax/transfer pricing/tax accounting
university degree in tax economics, tax law or accounting
international profiles welcomed; Dutch (or comparable) professional environment experience preferred
