As Senior Manager, People Operations, you will build the data-driven backbone for HR at ShopMy, enabling scalable people processes and trusted analytics. You’ll own HR data governance, analytics cadence, and the HR tech stack, partnering with Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure compliant, efficient operations. This build role shapes how employees are supported and how the company scales. You’ll drive automation and a tour of self-service resources to reduce manual effort, helping ShopMy accelerate its growth in the creator-driven commerce space.

Responsibilities

Own and elevate the people data strategy; manage HRIS integrity, structure, and security
Build and run analytics reporting cadence; create actionable dashboards for leadership
Design a service delivery model with SLAs and self-service resources (not just inboxes)
Own HR tech stack roadmap; evaluate tools and manage integrations with payroll, benefits, ATS; manage vendor relationships
Ensure compliance and audit readiness for people data with Payroll & Benefits team
Foster connectivity between People, Finance, Legal, and IT for seamless handoffs
Identify opportunities for automation/AI to reduce manual work
Partner with VP of People Experience & Operations to scale People processes across the org

Key requirements

5–8 years of progressive HR operations experience with ownership of HRIS and people data
Hands-on experience building or re-architecting people systems and processes
Strong people analytics: dashboards, storytelling with data, decision-driving metrics
Experience designing internal service delivery models (ticketing, SLAs, knowledge base)
Comfort with ambiguity and a build-from-scratch mandate
High trust and discretion with sensitive employee data
