As Senior Manager, you will drive growth and scale Deloitte’s Learning BPO (LBPaaS) within the Human Capital practice. You’ll position and commercialize an outcome-driven managed learning operations offering that leverages AI and a global partner ecosystem. You will lead large-scale engagements for enterprise clients, overseeing delivery, vendor management, and continuous improvement. This role combines strategic go-to-market leadership with hands-on delivery, enabling measurable learner impact and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Define and execute go-to-market strategy for LBPaaS, including positioning, competitive analysis, and differentiation
Lead business development for large managed services opportunities (prospecting, pricing, proposals, executive briefings)
Oversee transition and delivery of enterprise learning operations (administration, content, reporting, vendor management, service performance)
Integrate AI, automation and learning technologies into managed services to improve efficiency and outcomes
Lead global delivery teams and manage stakeholder relationships across clients, alliance partners, and Deloitte teams

Key requirements

Bachelor’s degree
8+ years at a global professional services firm, consulting firm, or learning BPO
3+ years in external consulting in the last 5 years
3+ years selling and closing managed services or BPO engagements
4+ years leading enterprise learning operations including content development, administration, helpdesk, or vendor management
1+ years applying AI or automation in learning operations (authoring, workflow, analytics)
Ability to travel 0-50%
