In this role you lead information architecture for 1–2 IMSC domains, designing end-to-end, FAIR data products to enable analytics and AI across Make and Quality. You will align data models with the IMSC architecture and collaborate with partners to enable scalable data solutions. The role sits at the intersection of data design, governance, and technology to unlock value across the supply chain. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape data constructs that power future AI applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end FAIR data products for 1–2 domains across Master and Transactional data to support Analytics
- Create, adopt and evolve IMSC conceptual and logical business information policies to guide data product design and modelling
- Collaborate with domain Data Owners to shape the Data Domain roadmap and allocate budget and resources
- Define metadata and data quality framework to ensure FAIR data products across their lifecycle
- Support IMSC Data Governance to implement governance capabilities across the Data Domain
- Advance automation and simplification through AI-enabled processes in data design, asset build, and quality controls
- Assist in evolving an end-to-end data stack with J&J Technology partners to support future AI applications
Key requirements
- In-depth data modelling and design experience (medallion architecture, Data Vault, Data Marts, OBT)
- Strong knowledge of modern data technologies (Master data workflows, data catalogues, Lakehouse, Ontology management)
- 5+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical global supply chain
- Experience in multi-year strategy or technology deployment focusing on information/data management
- Proven ability to partner across complex ecosystems to deliver results
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
