Responsibilities

Develop and execute a HR digital transformation strategy aligned with growth objectives
Oversee HRIS selection, implementation, and optimization to support talent processes
Manage IT relationships, contracts, and SLAs for HR tools
Identify opportunities for process improvement via automation and new technologies
Lead change management, including training programs for staff and end-users
Ensure HR processes comply with data privacy regulations and implement robust security measures

Key requirements

Bachelor in Human Resources, Information Technology, or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
At least 5 years in HR technology or digital transformation with HRIS implementation experience
Strong project management and cross-functional leadership
Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and other HR software; experience with SF Payroll or cloud-based payroll
Experience with change management when implementing processes
Solid understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance
Experience with bothWhite- and Blue-Collar workers as HR system users (desirable)
