As a Data & AI Senior Manager in Energy, you shape enterprise AI strategies and products for electricity, gas, and energy players in Iberia. You lead cross-functional teams, build executive relationships, and guide programs from vision to value realization. You’ll combine industry insight with Gen AI and Accenture assets to reimagine energy processes along the value chain. The role supports decarbonisation, grid flexibility, and TOTEX optimisation through data-driven transformation. You work in Madrid or Barcelona in a hybrid setup, contributing to a mission of accelerating the energy transition.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver enterprise-scale Data & AI strategies and products for energy utilities
- Lead cross-functional teams and executive relationships from vision to value realization
- Develop AI-enabled solutions that transform core energy business processes across the value chain
- Translate sector challenges into Data & AI-backed strategies aligned with KPIs
- Shape operating models and governance for Responsible AI and technology foundations
- Inspire and coach client and Accenture teams to deliver measurable outcomes in complex programs
Key requirements
- Experience in Electric/Gas Utilities or Oil & Gas with domain knowledge in Renewables, Networks, Planning, E&C, O&M, or Customer operations
- Strong understanding of Asset Management lifecycle and/or customer lifecycle
- Proven track record identifying high-value AI opportunities and shaping end-to-end transformation roadmaps
- Ability to craft operating model blueprints including talent, processes, governance, and tech foundations
- Leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and drive momentum
- Bachelor/Master/MBA degree
- Proficient in Spanish and English (written and oral)
- Min 6 years in Data & AI or related transformation; min 10 years in strategy or management consulting
