Senior ML Engineer on the GenAI Search Platform to advance enterprise conversational search using traditional ML and generative AI. Responsibilities
- Develop frameworks for multi-turn, multi-hop conversational search applications
- Drive LLM-enabled AI features on the search platform for rapid prototyping and scalable deployment
- Create evaluation metrics and methodologies for enterprise-ready search models focusing on security and privacy
- Contribute to building a high-performing, inclusive team culture
- Collaborate with product, UX, customer success, and engineering teams to define and implement elegant solutions
Key requirements
- 4+ years of engineering experience
- 1+ years in a senior engineering role
- Experience with traditional information retrieval, search ranking and relevance, or QA systems
- Background in text processing, information retrieval, NLP, or ML
