Responsibilities

  • Provide legal counsel on operational contracts (supply chain and manufacturing)
  • Lead legal workstreams for technical projects, M&A, and licensing
  • Negotiate complex commercial contracts and manage related disputes
  • Provide clear legal guidance to support strategic and operational decision-making
  • Review and advise on agreements involving digital platforms and technologies with data privacy compliance
  • Collaborate with senior legal leadership on diverse legal matters tied to business operations

Key requirements

  • Master of Law
  • 7–10 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience, ideally international
  • Proven expertise in TechOps legal support including contract negotiation and project leadership
  • Experience advising on IT-related agreements and data privacy compliance
  • Fluent English and German with strong written and verbal communication
