In this Senior Director role, you will own the strategy and total cost of ownership for group-wide platforms across eCommerce, PIM, DAM, PLM, and more. You’ll define target architectures and make platform decisions aligned with enterprise standards, while leading globally distributed teams and governance. You’ll ensure secure, reliable delivery and orchestrate releases across brands and peak seasons. You’ll partner with Digital, Planning, Data & Analytics, Security, and IT Operations to drive measurable business outcomes. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape digital platforms for a global fashion group.

Tasks
- Own strategy, roadmap, and TCO for group-wide platforms (eCommerce, PIM, DAM, PLM, Retail POS, Marketing, B2B, IBI Planning)
- Define target state architecture and buy/build/composable decisions
- Lead globally distributed platform teams with governance and communities of practice
- Ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing platform delivery and orchestrate releases
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure integrated processes and data integrity
- Manage strategic vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, and investments for cost efficiency
- Define and track platform KPIs and tie technology outcomes to business metrics (conversion, engagement, planning adherence)
Key requirements
- Master in Computer Science / Business Administration
- 7+ years leading digital, commerce, or planning platforms
- international retail experience, preferably in fashion
- proven track record of platform modernization (composable commerce, cloud, API-first)
- deep understanding of eCommerce/DTC platforms, PIM, DAM, or IBP
- experience in product/platform management, DevOps, service management, release orchestration
- exceptional leadership, able to inspire distributed teams
- strong communicator and strategic thinker with executive influence
