Senior Integration Manager in Sandvik’s Machining M&A team drives value through post‑merger integration across divisions and geographies. You partner with senior leaders to shape operating models, governance, and IMOs, ensuring Day 1 readiness and sustained value realization. You’ll build a community of integration practitioners and promote consistent, capability‑driven execution. This role blends strategic influence with hands‑on delivery in a global, fast‑moving environment.

Responsibilities

Accelerate value creation by protecting revenue, delivering synergies, and driving operational improvements with minimal disruption
Design post‑merger operating models, including change management, culture integration, IT enablement, and communication
Coach divisional integration managers to strengthen capabilities and governance
Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across the integration community
Guide planning, governance, prioritization, and execution during critical integration phases
Lead end‑to‑end selected integrations and divestitures, defining strategy and leading the IMO
Align leadership and stakeholders through governance, decision forums, and common methodologies

Key requirements

Extensive international M&A and post‑merger integration experience
Background in management consulting, corporate development, private equity operations, or similar
Hands‑on experience leading IMOs and cross‑functional, multi‑geography integrations
Proven ability to lead through influence and build professional networks
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Fluency in English; additional Swedish a plus
Ability to operate in complex environments and engage senior management or boards
