Senior Specialist / Project Manager

Experteer Overview

In this role you develop customer-specific adhesive bonding solutions and integrate them into manufacturing. You will advise customers in Germany and abroad and collaborate with sales and product management to implement technologies at client sites. You will conduct feasibility studies and stay at the leading edge of the field while preparing for future team leadership and resource allocation. This position combines hands-on engineering with strategic project work in a global company focused on growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

Perform complex adhesive bonding tasks for diverse markets
Develop customer-specific process-integrated solutions
Provide technical advice to customers domestically and internationally
Implement technologies in manufacturing in collaboration with sales and product management
Conduct feasibility studies and derive actionable conclusions
Maintain current technical expertise and expand knowledge
Future leadership responsibilities including team task and resource allocation

Key requirements

Degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, materials science, or similar)
Several years of project work and/or project management of technically complex products
Analytical and cross-departmental mindset with strong organizational skills
Interest in engineering development of process solutions, proactive and team-oriented
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
