In this Senior IAM role you lead access provisioning across a complex enterprise, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient access. You will act as a subject-matter expert for core IAM platforms and drive least-privileged controls at scale. You’ll design scalable provisioning, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide governance and automation improvements. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic thinking to strengthen identity governance and risk posture. You’ll report to senior stakeholders and contribute to the bank’s security-enabled growth.

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, and ongoing management of access provisioning across enterprise platforms
Serve as SME for Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Mainframe, Oracle, SQL databases, file systems, and enterprise storage with focus on least-privileged access
Develop and maintain access control policies, group structures, and RBAC models
Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders on access requirements
Drive automation to streamline provisioning/de-provisioning and integrate with identity governance and HR systems
Conduct periodic access reviews, entitlement audits, and certification campaigns
Investigate and remediate access-related incidents with cybersecurity and risk teams
Provide mentorship to junior IAM team members and promote security-first culture
Stay current with IAM technologies, regulatory changes, and industry best practices
Prepare metrics and recommendations for senior leadership and audit teams

Key requirements

10+ years of progressive IAM experience with emphasis on access provisioning across enterprise environments
Deep technical expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Mainframe, Oracle DB, SQL Server, Windows/Unix file systems, and enterprise storage
Proven ability to design and manage provisioning solutions that enforce least privileged access and meet compliance requirements
Strong knowledge of IAM governance, RBAC, and PAM tools (CyberArk, HashiCorp, BeyondTrust) and platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt)
Experience with automated provisioning/de-provisioning and HR system integrations; scripting in PowerShell/Python
Familiarity with cloud security and hybrid environments (Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud)
Ability to conduct access reviews and risk assessments to remediate vulnerabilities
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
