Senior Hydrogeologist

As Senior Hydrogeologist, you will lead and grow Florida's hydrogeology practice, guiding major groundwater projects and building client relationships. You’ll mentor staff, manage scopes and budgets, and deliver compliant, technically rigorous solutions. You will work across Florida with multiple offices to advance water supply, ASR, DIW, and monitoring well initiatives. This role offers leadership to shape the statewide water-resource practice and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. You’ll drive impact for public-sector water clients while leveraging Stantec’s national resources.
