In this hands-on HRBP role, you partner with Corporate Function leaders in Switzerland to deliver compliant, end-to-end HR services in a complex global matrix. You connect business leadership with HR Centres of Excellence and experts to enable practical, timely solutions. You navigate organisational complexity with political awareness and build trusted stakeholder relationships. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, driving collaboration, governance, and data‑driven decisions to support high-impact organisational outcomes. This role offers exposure to a global HR ecosystem and opportunities to shape delivery in a purpose-driven, sustainable-energy company.

Responsibilities

Act as a primary HR contact for Corporate Function leaders in Switzerland, providing practical day-to-day HR support
Ensure consistent HR operations across the employee lifecycle in line with policy
Navigate complex HR topics by connecting stakeholders to Centres of Excellence and HR experts
Collaborate with global HRBPs, CoEs and specialist teams to deliver integrated HR solutions
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and balance competing priorities
Apply political awareness and organisational understanding to navigate sensitive issues
Ensure compliance with Swiss employment legislation and local regulatory requirements
Work with works councils / employee representative bodies as needed
Support delivery of talent, performance and organisational processes in partnership with HR colleagues
Use data and insights to support pragmatic, solution-oriented decision-making
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and shared accountability across HR

Key requirements

8+ years of HR experience, including HRBP level in a multinational, matrix organisation
Excellent knowledge of Swiss employment legislation and local HR practices
Experience working with works councils / employee representatives
Proven ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders in a complex environment
Comfortable working within a CoE model, partnering with global HRBP communities and shared services
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with a pragmatic, solution-focused mindset
High political awareness and ability to navigate organisational complexity
Collaborative approach to connect people, teams, and expertise to resolve issues effectively
Experience supporting Corporate Functions or similarly structured environments is advantageous
