In this senior HR role you will partner with Directors and Executives to translate business priorities into a targeted people agenda. You will drive organisational change and HR projects that support transformation, leadership development, and effective workforce design. You’ll work with HR Centres of Expertise to deliver integrated solutions and act as a trusted advisor at the executive level. This is a pivotal role shaping the people strategy behind Renewi’s circular-economy mission.

Responsibilities

Act as trusted advisor to Directors and Executives
Translate business priorities into a clear people strategy
Lead and support organisational change and HR projects
Advise on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent development
Manage complex HR topics including employee relations and Works Council processes
Strengthen leadership capability and performance management
Collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise to deliver integrated solutions

Key requirements

8–12 years of experience in HR Business Partner roles in complex organisations
Proven experience supporting organisational transformation and change initiatives
Experience managing employee relations and Works Council processes
Strong project management capabilities and structured approach
Excellent communication and ability to influence at senior level
Fluency in Dutch and English
Ambition to grow into an HR Director role
